Calm, comforting, informative and accomodating. Dealing with Carly and the Greenhaven team helped ease the pressure and uncertainty of what to do when we needed help on short notice. It was a real relief to have someone answer the phone, know exactly what needed to be done and set about doing it with caring and considerate communication throughout.
