The service that your company provided was excellent to say the least. Thank you for promptly getting back to me once I enquired about booking the castle, and for always keeping me updated with emails until the day of the party. The castle arrived at the stated time and was set up efficiently and quickly. The delivery person explained everything to me fully about the use of the castle during the party and it all went off without a hitch. The delivery person arrived promptly to pick up the castle and it was once again efficiently taken away. This is one of the best delivery and set up services I have encountered with a company and I thank you very much for your second to none service.

My son and his friends loved the bouncy castle. It was so much fun and the perfect way to entertain the kids. Ken was right, there was no need to watch them as the castle was safe, fun and entertained them for hours. The face painting and balloon twisting service you provided, by Nina, in your party package, was awesome. She was so good that a lot of the people at the party were commenting and asking for her details. She arrived on time and completed the face painting for all the kids within the stated time. She is absolutely brilliant, especially with the face painting and I would recommend her for any kids party without hesitation. She is so talented and has a passion for what she does which was very obvious to us all. She was very polite and kind and dealt very well with the kids. You should be privileged to have her as part of your team. She is great.
