We got Alex out to my mum’s house in Normanhurst after stumbling soon his awesome reviews online; Mum needed a very trustworthy plumber for a problematic toilet and drain blockage that she had put off having professionally treated for months, after being wary from bad experiences with previous plumbers. Mum was reluctant to call someone at first but after looking at GT Plumbing’s positive reviews, she decided to give it a shot. And she is SO glad she did, and has not stopped raving about Alex since! Alex provided exceptional service, was punctual and so genuine, happy to help and did not shy away from a pretty yucky situation to sort out! Not only is he so professionally capable, but he is such a genuinely wonderful person who really cares about the community and dedicating his life to doing good work. We could not recommend anyone higher. My mum was so happy and relieved to finally have this sorted by someone who gave honest feedback, charges very reasonable pricing, and clearly actually cares about providing an excellent service.
