I've only ever needed to claim twice - the first time was after the death of my cat. The lady I spoke to over the phone was very kind - despite me being incredibly upset and probably a nightmare to deal with! The second time was a very expensive emergency vet stay - uploaded my claim paperwork to the website, had the money in my account very quickly!
