Sessions was Katherine was the best thing I could've done for my mental health in 2020. She's really showed me how to think in a different way and apply that to every aspect of my life. I loved that her advice wasn't just cliche things, she went deep into the actual core of the issue and helped me overcome it. Excited to continue working with her in 2021.
