The technician was very professional and very nice. Came out the same day we called. Gave us honest opinion about the noises we were hearing in our attic. Turns out the bird walking on our roof top was echoing thru the attic and thru the recessed lights in our ceiling. Took him less than an hour to do the repair. We'd recommend Certified Pest to everyone we know.
