Old Hot water heater died just before a long weekend. Tim and team had a new heat pump installed next day so we weren't without hotwater for the weekend. New Sanden Heat Pump is consuming less than 4Kwh/day compared to 12Kwh/day for the old one! Expect a realistic payback to be around 5 years and Sanden comes with a nice long warranty.

Tim and Alex have been fantastic with their knowledge and helpful approach and had regular communication with them during the job and even after installation of the unit.

They also removed the old unit as part of their great service.
