I needed to replace an old leaking toilet, and got several quotes from several places. Rhino's price was not the cheapest however the company appealed to me with their credibility from the reviews and transparency of their license. I had a thorough phone conversation with Adam on the phone where he described to me what would be done in details. He did ask me to send images of old toilet to avoid any confusion. One obstacle was a 24-hour no-use condition after toilet replacement which would require this to be done on Sunday to suit our calendar.
Adam could accommodate that schedule with small extra fee which I was happy to pay anyway.
On the day (Sunday), Marc and Richie turned up on time around 7.30 am as planned. They were friendly and quickly went into the job: removal of old toilet, grinding the floor to remove the old cement base, assembled of new one, installed it, sealed it and cleaned up. They were very quick in what they do, and clean up properly after the job.
Adam did have a followup message to inform me things had been completed, which was useful if in case i wasn't there.
Overall I was very extremely happy with the service. Will contact them again for future job.
