I'm pleased that Jessica had a positive experience using Alex Anasis. I had a truly dreadful experience, and I do not doubt Rosa's account of events at all. They broke things, they left items in rooms, they packed the truck so badly they had to repack it and tried to charge me for their mistake.They would have left with items still in their truck if I had not stopped them. They needed to follow me to the house because they could not use a road map.

I visited this service today for my 2.00pm appointment with my daughter, as she needed to get her 4 month immunisations, and i was due for a reveiw of my care plan. We arrived at 2pm, and informed the reception that we had arrived for our 2.00pm appointment with the nurse, to which they asked us to take a seat, and wait to be called. After waiting for 1 hour, and getting quite restless, without any word from reception about waiting time, i noticed the nurse that i was waiting to see had finished with a client, then was chatting with staff. Here i was thinking that i was about to be called for my appointment, when i saw her she went into the pathology room for a minute with handbag in her hand, and then straight after that, walked out of the centre. When i approached the desk, the receptionist thought i had finished my appointment, but i explained that i was still waiting to be seen. She tried to call the nurse, but i explained that she had already left the building. To which she replied that she shouldn't have not left because she was meant to leave at 6pm. She said that hopefully she had only gone to get a coffee, and suggested that i sit down and wait. 15 minutes later, after have been waiting for 90 minutes, the receptionist approached me and explained that the nurse had left, and said that she must not have seen the appointment on her screen, and then went on to say that the nurse had called and cancelled my appontment that day. What i don't understand is why she would tell me she didn't see the appointment on her screen, and then in the same breath told me she had called me to cancel the appointment. She then asked if i wanted to make another appoinment. NO WAY!!! I will never go to that business again. I am usually left waiting for my appointments with the doctors, once i even had to wait 3 hours. But to wait for nothing is just disgusting. If the nurse had cancelled my appointment, why was i not told so when i approached the reception when i first arrived?

Wonderful Service, Great knowledge! Going to a chemist can be a nerve racking experience. Going to this chemist is a pleasant and educational one. Tont and his staff are extremely professional
