My experience was a good one.
We recently purchased our first home and the move was planed on the day of settlement. The guy who took my booking was very informative and explained to me that my items could only be unloaded after the settlement time and that i would be wasting my money booking in the morning. He also explained in detail the insurance policy's and provided quotes on the different trucks available without trying to pressure me into a sale.
The 2 guys who did the move showed up on time and went to work. All of my items were disassembled / packed before hand which made it pretty straight forward. Whilst the move wasn't as quick as i had hoped i could tell that they were going as fast as possible without risking damage. They took extra care wrapping fragile items before loading and inspected my items with me prior to and after the move. At the end of which i signed off on a condition report.
All in all a professional service. i will use them again

We had a terrible experience. When we booked we asked for a large truck, but the truck they sent out on the day was far too small for the job, so they had to pack everything in so tightly and pull it out and repack it to make it fit. Once we started to unpack we discovered that a lot of things had been damaged from cramming it into the truck so tightly to make it fit. Also if we hadn't of helped them carry boxes the job never would have been finished in one day.

When we got to the destination they broke our dining table. They told us they could fix it, a couple of months later we were told that the table had been thrown out as it was damaged beyond repair and offered us a cash amount that was far less than the value of the table. When threatened with legal action the table miraculously reappeared and was once again fixable. It took us seven months with numerous threats of legal action before we finally got our table back. Both the lady I dealt with on the phone/via email and Alex Anasis himself during this time were extremely rude when I was in contact with them regarding the return of our table. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values their belongings.

I'm pleased that Jessica had a positive experience using Alex Anasis. I had a truly dreadful experience, and I do not doubt Rosa's account of events at all. They broke things, they left items in rooms, they packed the truck so badly they had to repack it and tried to charge me for their mistake.They would have left with items still in their truck if I had not stopped them. They needed to follow me to the house because they could not use a road map.

I am not a great supporter of any removals company,but I must say I had a wonderful experience and have recomende them to my new neighbour and she is happy,I guess I am lucky and the person who recomended them to me was lucky to...great company...

I moved from Doncaster to Templestowe and I cannot complian,they were quick,cheap and very good at their job,the men were excellent and worked fast but did not break a thing.

Jessica was very lucky to have this positive experience, or works for,or is a friend/relative of someone who works for the company. Please take my advice and don't use them under any circumstances!

This was the worst move i've ever made. First of all they thought truck was packed and were ready to leave, when i told them that the baby's room still had every bit of furniture in it. They hadn't even gone in there, when i quite obviously told them when they arrived there were things in the baby's room that need to come too. They then had to unpack the truck, and pack it again, taking them 45 mins, and i'm being charged by the hour? My partner had to keep reminding them of things in the house that needed to fit into the truck. At the other end they were putting boxes into any room, not paying attention to what was written on the boxes. Kitchen boxes came in all squashed, the things that hold the shelves in the wardrobe were missing too, so i have not been able to use my wardrobe yet. Had to keep asking for things that were left in the truck, would have driven off with it otherwise. And to top off a really bad day, they were going to charge us for an extra hour for them packing the truck wrong. I would never use them again, nor would i recommend them to anyone, unless they were an enemy.

I think that this person is not being honest as I had a wonderful experience and so did my friend who recomended the company, I dont see the point in writing something bad if I know that all my friends and family members have found the company to provide a great service,and they dont have a call centre as there is only two people whom answered the phone each time I called and it was always polite and courteous conversation. Where do you get to speak to the same people all the time ?
