Danger deceitful and abusive, stay away from this place. I booked in to have a scan tool put on my car. Since its an hour drive, I spoke to French car care and was told that they could do it straight away and I could wait an hour to get the results. I arrived at French Car Care to be told that they are busy and I would have to leave the car there. The bloke behind the counter said he would get the owner to speak to me. He would not speak to me and was told to leave the car. When I directed to the owner that I was told that it would take an hour, that I had drove 55 minutes to get there and I have no way to get home, he told me that he doesn't care and its not his problem. I got upset and and his was waving his arm at me and repeatedly telling me t F___ off. Great way to treat your customers. I then spoke to other repairers and was told they will not deal with him.
