Good experience each time I go shopping. Friendly staff who are willing to help if you have any queries/issues/problems. Trolley are always available for customers use, as well as red baskets (for smaller shops). At service desk service is generally prompt and efficient.

Very pleasant. Staff look very professional both in presentation and service. Value for money, but the steak menu seems a bit pricey though. Food is always as ordered, and well presented.

Dining experience was OK. Restaurant and toilet are generally clean. Staff members seem to wander around behind the counter not knowing what to do. Sometimes it takes ages to get served at the counter. Drive through is generally better service (but the food is the same).
