I have reviewed this business before, but was disappointed with the last post. As I said previously my friends,family and myself have been regular customers for over 10 years now. Yes we have had the occasional mistake with our orders or an item missed out, but when we told them it was fixed quite easily.
No onions wow !!! that must have been heartbreaking for you !
If the manager or whoever you spoke to did not believe you, you should have taken it down to them and shoved it under that persons nose and demanded action!
Did you tell the owners whom you say you know? I am sure they would have done something about it especially if you are friends, but then what kind of friend would go to such extreme measures for no onions on their sandwiches????
By the way they are not the only takeaway in Ettalong, so maybe you might be better off going to one of the others if they are not up to your standard, or maybe YOU could learn to cook for yourself and your son, and make sure you remember the onions!!!

Ok, I'll admit it I am not a regular here, My local is Mediterranean Seafoods And Chickens, but I thought i would give this place a try considering the new owners changed its name to JJ's Burger Bar and Mediterrnean hadnt opened for the day yet (must have slept in I guess). So how were their burgers ???
Neither mine nor my friends were as expected. The patties seem to be the type that are pre made (mass produced) and perhaps frozen. They certainly didnt taste fresh. I would have thought that if anything their burgers would have to be good, actually I would expect them to be great, BUT THEY WERENT !!! Their burgers are more expensive than Mediterranean's, and in all honesty no where near as nice.
As my mate said in order to have fresh takeaway the shop needs to be open everyday! The Deli certainly isnt.
The shop is small dark and confined. I didnt eat in Luckily for them...I cant see myself going back.

I have been a regular at this business even before the current owners. To the best of my knowledge my friends, family have always been served in an efficient and courteous manner, the range is definitely the best on the peninsula by far and the quality and price exceptionally good value for money.The shop offers fast food as well as fresh salads, the Best Seasoned Chickens, Kebabs, a selections of freshly cooked fish, the best variety of burgers for the best prices, and also a large selection of home cooked meals for when you are feeling health conscious.
What more could you ask for from your local takeaway shop? They are even open every day of the year to feed me and my mates when we are hungry. I cant thank them and their staff enough !!! keep up the good work !!!
