From the moment I first made contact with Reliance Gutter Cleaning, I was very impressed. Bin listened attentively as I discussed the project, she asked good questions, she explained the typical procedure and she came back to me with a very reasonable quote. Wonderful Alex arrived the next day and spent three hours on my roof, carefully cleaning the gutters and testing afterwards that there were no blockages on the roof or down the drainpipes. The gutters on my large two-story home hadn't been cleaned in over four years, so it was no small job. In the end, I offered to pay extra because Alex needed more time than anticipated and did such a thorough job, but he graciously refused. Still, he now has a devoted client for life! I've been a regular customer of Belmore for years, placing orders approximately once or twice each month. I have always been happy with their products, with their customer service and with their cheerful delivery man, Russell. On the one and only occasion that something was missed in my order, Belmore was very apologetic and delivered it immediately. Margaret couldn't be nicer on the phone and she is always accommodating. You will, of course, pay more for bio-dynamic meat, but my family's health is a priority for me and I feel it's worth every cent. Delivery to my home is free and so convenient. Belmore also makes an effort with the smallest of details . . . often in my box, there will be some recipes or a pen! It is simply a pleasure doing business with them and I am so grateful for the wonderful products and service they provide.
