If I could deduct stars I would.
They told me they delivered my parcel over 2 months ago. It was consignment and I was at work at the time. When I got home no parcel, I even went to the effort of talking with my neighbours and checking the surrounding apartment buildings with similar addresses.

When I contacted Couriers Please and advised them I didn't get my parcel 2 days later they sent me a copy of their tracking data. Someone had signed for it and the signature was some vague scribble.
I was asked repetitively the question, "Are you sure it wasn't delivered?" and "Do you live with someone? Maybe they took it".
A. I lived alone at that point AND
B. The package was on consignment, you're meant to confirm who you deliver it too!

It's now over 2 months since they tell me my parcel was delivered (3 since I ordered it), multiple emails and phone calls later (I can't even begin to describe how useless these have been). I am no closer to getting my parcel or any sort of resolution.

I keep getting very sporadic contact with the company (they tell me I will hear back from them in 24 hours and responses actually take longer than 2 weeks) and ridiculous long wait times on the phone (they made me wait over an hour on-hold, then after a brief conversation hung up on me).

I have tired to be patient, Coronavirus stressors and the holiday season have put pressure on the system...but other companies have never made me wait this long for a package or some sort of resolution to an issue.

If you are using this company I say don't, unless you'd like to lose your item.
