These days good old customer service is hard to find. I telephoned Melbourne Mattress Recycling after hours and spoke to a very obliging and well mannered guy named Steve. Arranging my two king size mattresses to be removed from my 27th floor apartment was easy. I received a polite confirmation call from the driver giving me the precise time of pick up and the guys arrived on time as promised. It was a pleasant quick procedure and all for a very minimal price i thought taking into account the effort needed to lift the bulky items. Next time i need this kind of service i will definately be calling these guys as their service was excellent and inexpensive. Well done guys, its great to see young guys doing a great job!
