I have been visiting Volumes for over 12yrs now and have continued to have great experiences here. From long summery lunches on the balcony to cosy coffees in front of the fire I have always been very happy to come here. The gift shop and book shop make it even better though hard to leave without a purchase!
I have eaten here with my family and with girlfriends and every experience has been an absolute pleasure. The owner and his staff place great importance on service & customer satisfaction. So much so, they have recently made some great changes based on survey results from their mailing lust customers.
The food is always fresh, great quality in generous but not oversized proportions. They welcome children and the place has a really lovely atmosphere. Couches & tables inside & the balcony outside offer seating options. We love Wild Wombat!
I have dined here with family and with friends and have always had a lovely time. The garlic prawns are fantastic and others I've been with have always been happy with their meals.
I found the service attentive and mostly prompt. All our meals arrived together and were hot. The tables are not so close together that you can reach the next table and the noise level is low enough to be able to talk comfortably.

As a mature woman who HATES the dentist, I will only go to Sabine. From Karen, the receptionist all through the staff, I have only ever been treated very well. The staff are great with children, explain all procedures, phone to confirm/remind re appointments the day before and somehow have me feeling calm throughout! Our family will only use this dentist.
Since my daughter was born over 9yrs ago I have never used another pharmacy in the area. I have found the pharmacists and assistants always helpful, more than willing to give plenty of information and even when busy, each customer is treated the same as when they're very quiet.
Our family loves Gennaro's! The food is flavoursome, generous and freshly cooked. The owner and chef is happy for people to watch the food being cooked so our 9yr old watches all the time when not eating. The staff treat regulars like good friends, a great selection of by-the-glass wines and divine desserts. A great place for either a family night out or a special occaision.

I have eaten here with kids and without kids and also had coffee and a read of the paper when I needed some time out. The coffee is great, the food is fresh, interesting and healthy. They have some toys for kids and an option of 2 areas to be. the service is friendly and mostly prompt, after ordering at the till. Their fresh bakery items are delicious and taste 'authentic'.
I have had work meetings here and brunches and lunches with friends. I have found getting a table difficult at times but the staff kept us up to date on the wait time.
The food is delicious and fresh and there are options to share tapas plates and the staff are willing to assist in finding a suitable dish. The great leather armchairs are perfect for a quiet coffee with the paper and the tables are in a very light and airy space. The chairs can be a little uncomfortable after a long session but dining here for me has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

I have been to Vines for both lunch on a Friday and Father's Day breakfast. Both times were great experiences. Fresh, flavourful food, great service and stunning views. Staff were friendly but non intrusive and very professional. My 9yr old enjoyed the breakfast as well and the staff treated her as a patron as well as us.
