Daughter and I went today and had the $10 lunch. She had the burger, curly chips and salad, I had the ceasar salad wraps, curly chips and salad and a ginger beer spider. Both delicious, huge meals (I had to take half of mine home). Service was friendly while professional. Enjoyable time all round.

I have stopped going to Coles to buy my groceries but today it suited me to pop in for just a couple of things. I hadn't been into the new store so I was amazed at the size. What really hit me and this is why I am writing is quality of staff. I asked one female staff member is she could find someone to swap a frozen cheese in a damaged box and as I watched she walked down and got me a new one and brought it back with a smile. I didn't even tell her I couldn't do it for myself because my knees were killing me. The other surprise was the lovely young man (18 in a couple of weeks he told me) who was such a delight to talk to. I know it is company policy to be polite to customers etc. but golly it's nice when someone gives you a smile and is genuinely interested. Thank you guys.

I have been shopping at Aldi for the last six months and I have saved a small fortune. I've tried just about every product and they compare extremely well against their counterparts eg Aldi's equivalent to Arnotts Mint Slices are great at more than $1 cheaper. Their fresh meat, cheeses and fruit & veg are all really good quality and the fruit and veg lasts longer than a couple of days. Staff are friendly and helpful. I also love the fresh flowers especially the lilies which at $4.99 a bunch I can shout myself a little treat without feeling guilty.

Fabulous company. Tiled floors in kitchen, dining/loungeroom, bathroom and two hallsways were cleaned, grout recoloured and sealed; two large bedroom carpets steam cleaned and sanitized.Great result better than I could have believed possible.....floor tiles look brand new. Done to our deadline and nothing was too difficult for them. Great customer service, very friendly and highly professional. I would highly recommend them.

Planning our flights from Port Macquarie to Hervey Bay was proving difficult so decided to use of local Flight Centre. What a great move that was. The service from Lauren and Shannon was top quality. As it wasn't a straight forward booking, they keep me informated at all times and called back when they said they would. They were very polite, friendly and professional and of great assistance as we had medical requirement.

I went to this cafe last week to celebrate my birthday and what a treat. I had the pear and feta salad for $19. It was a large serve, fresh and delicious. My daughter had the fish and chips. We finished off our meals with a delicious dessert and coffee . We both agreed it was the nicest lunch we have had out for quite some time. The service was very friendly and professional. The view over the Hastings river was glorious and although we were about three tables back from the edge we still had marvellous views. Tables were set quite apart so did not feel packed in like sardines and could not overhear others conversations which was very nice. All in all, a wonderful time and will certainly be going back again and again.

Amazing service. Professional but friendly receptionist. We were ushered into a room for tests for my husband by a very warm and friendly assistant who preped my husband fully explaining everything she did and why she did it. Once set up the Doctor came in and he too was very caring and friendly. He was there for some time and although the results were clear and my husband was fine, he impressed on us that we were to come back if we were at all concerned at any time. He then proceeded to tell us there would be no charge as we would find we would have to face enough expense in the future. What a Doctor.....who has ever heard a doctor say that. We were amazed and so grateful as we are on disability pensions, renting and facing so many medical bills.

This practice has had a change of name since it's relocation. Previously known as Waniora Medical Centre, it is a very caring practice with great reception staff who understand the medical problems and changes that accompany this with my husband and I. We are always greeting warmly and nothing ever seems to be too much of a trouble for them. The doctors are very good with my husband and I seeing three of them. My doctor is heavily booked and I usually have to wait for her as she has fallen behind but knowing this it is easily worked around. And I don't mind waiting for her as she is worth the wait and I know she doesn't push you out the door the minute you sit down like some in other practices. My husband's doctor is very caring and we feel very confident with our choice of doctors.

Great doctors, very accommodating and friendly staff. I usually have to wait to see my doctor but she is well worth it. Great practice.

What has happened to the service at Bunnings? I am greeted with a welcome at the door and seen off with a smile at the end but I'm left to my own devices for the rest of the time. Forget it if you have any questions. It is too hard to find staff. I remember the days when the place was overflowing with staff. All friendly trying to help but now I think they must have a staff member at two spots in the store....at each end, because I find it hard to find any one in between. Now don't get me started on the plants. Can't count how many times I have gone in to buy seedlings only to find them dead or dying. You really need to get there the day they arrive. It appear to me that the management need to employ more staff so that the present staff are not stretched and stressed so much. I know the staff do their best under the circumstances but I'm loosing interest in Bunnings and turning elsewhere.
