We had these guys do our "at-home" birthday party for our 10 year old daughter - Just FABULOUS!!! All the kids had an absolute ball !, just something different from the norm type of parties, and the kids just loved the huge range of active equipment that the company brought with them!, Even a birthday gift for the Birthday Girl !.. Fabulous Store!, Happy Friendly Staff - Fruit & Veg always beautiful and fresh, and Deli items in lots of variety and plentiful. Their seafood section is by far much better than Coles, and any staff member in any section is more than happy to answer any enquiries. Top Job Woolies Runaway Bay!!

I've been to this business on many many occasions, and haven't in years in the past had any problems with service or staff. However, since visiting in the past couple of months, it's as though something has changed, and I've found the staff to be alot less friendly and not particularly interested in my enquiries if it's not something easily found on the shelf. One day in particular a couple of weeks ago, it was as though the butcher section and the checkout section, both sections were having a very bad start to their day, as they were particularly unfriendly, without a smile on any faces. I've always in the past been happy with their food, choice and price - it will be a shame if customer service brings the business down.
