Went to store about 30 mins after opening but had to wait another hour before I could be seen, unfortunately they have no seating for people waiting but lots of stations, ended up wandering around the shopping centre for an hour.

The actual hair cut and colour was fine and as expected. Except some spray was used on the ends before putting the colour on, which ended up getting sprayed everywhere including the mirror. Guess it was lucky my handbag was closed and electronic devices safely stored in protective covers.

But, the shampooing girl would run water then cup her hand to stop the water going in your ear. Experienced water and shampoo in the ear. The colour was not fully washed out as after leaving I noticed there are red stains on my light coloured shirt.

This staining coupled with the cut hairs on my shirt and person is not the result of a quality service. I would like to go and shower to stop itching from the hair but it will be many hours before I get to go home.

Greeted plesantly and shown to a chair for a set of acrylic nails. Tech within 2 mins of starting takes a phone call on her mobile. Throughout the entire treatment staff mill around behind the tech talking in an asian language, even holding conversations across the store. There is no UV light to dry nails, instead they use a desk lamp and a little fan. Nail polish selected was obviously past its best so they added some solution to make it thinner, it was an Opi brand polish but it looks like one you get from the $2 store and 2 hrs latr has already chipped.

Under m y nail there is a large piece of glue I can't get off, but it is at least not stuck to my skin. There is also acrylic under some of my nails around the edges. Near the nail on my fingers, on the top of my hand there is some white dried stuff that no washing will get off.

No receipt given for purchase. Very disappointing place.
