Not only do they great you when you walk in, they will even take you to the item that you are looking for. I am usually a little apprehensive when it comes to people offering assistance, but found that their friendliness and product knowledge was just great.

I always have a coffee at Gloria Jeans every day, and this one was different to the others that I had tried. I had to ask for my order twice and slowly. I gave my usual order and found that it was not even made to the usual standard.

After visiting the aquarium, we were disapointed with the lack of wildlife at this facility. The animals did look great, and the information was interesting, but for my children from the country, it was all known to us. I was expecting more reptiles and by the ads on T.V. hands on. There was no hands on and the walk through area was closed. We had bought combined tickets for 2 adults and 3 children, so did not feel let down. We did find that there was no souvenier shop.

Expecting to see just the usual fish, we were very suprised to see more detail involved in the different types of fish, and sea mammals. From one area we were able to see the different seals frolicking in the water. The next area we were able to walk under the sharks, rays, turtles and various fish. There was even a section of clear flooring to walk over. There was also touch pools throughout the venue. We bought the combined tickets for the Wildlife World as well for 2 adults and 3 children.

It was prime time as far as tea time goes. I was not sure if we were going to get a table for the 5 of us. I was wrong, and had no problem getting one on a Friday night. The kids were happy to be able to get their own dinner and loved the idea of getting their own desert.

Although it was a Saturday night, and fairly busy, they were very patient with my children making their own order. We did have to wait for our order, but they did remember who we were and what we had ordered. The tables were very clean, as were the rest of the other areas.

Staying within 5 mins walk to Darling Harbour, this was great value for 2 adults and 3 children in one hotel room. We had the family apartment, which consisted of 1 room with a queen bed in it separate from the other room. Pus another queen bed in the main room with a fold out double sofa bed. The bathroom/ensuite was modern and clean. The kitchenette was clean and very fitting for us.
