Just wanted a gift voucher and was shown where they were and the selection they had. Very friendly staff willing to help and provide good customer service.

Real estate agent seemed honest and open about the properties and their value. Very quick to reply to any questions we had regarding the property we had offered to buy.

Had an early appointment and still had to wait about 15 minutes extra but once in the room got good service. Doctors are friendly, receptionists can be a little short and don't smile a lot. Have been there since I was two and like the family environment.

Walked into the shop and it had nice jewellery displays. There was a pet dog sitting in the window and this did make the room smell a little "doggy". Jeweller seemed to know what he was talking about and suggested something extra to make my ring better.

Walked in there at 5 minutes to 5pm and the shop was to close at 5pm but I was able to get in and there wasn't a line. the staff still had a smile and good service even at the end of the day.

pub area being renovated so you have to go through the function centre doors to get through but still good service and food area available. quiz night on wed nights.

Customer service assistant was very helpful and approached straight away when we walked in and was willing to look up whether our area had their service. left with a brochure and information to call back if we want to take up their services

Walked into the shop and there wasn't enough staff to serve. Then had to wait for someone to finish processing an order. Other members then became available but didn't come to assist. Ended up walking out.
