Lauren was efficient and professional in her association with us. Noosa Gums was a fantastic location for our extended family's Christmas holiday and the additional touches - Christmas tree, 'festive'' linen and decorations- made the stay especially memorable for our children. Despite the fact that it was Christmas holidays, Lauren made it her priority to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our accommodation via text and made it clear that she was willing to act on any matters of concern should they arise. We will certainly be utilising the services of Lauren and ellecor for our future adventures!
