Had a ipad that was in Warranty took it there twice and still no hope. Rang optus and they said go to Kawanna Optus was greeted by the staff and my problem was fixed in 5mins. So if you sell a product know it own it. NEVER GOING TO OPTUS CALOUNDRA EVER AGAINPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
