I dropped off two pairs of shoes in terrible condition, both with holes right through the soles. I didn't think they could be saved! However, on returning just a day later, both pairs were repaired beautifully. I'm just so impressed and pleased. I dealt with two different people working there and both were warm, friendly and professional. I'd send friends, family and anyone else who asked from all across town for there shoe repair needs.
