Howrah was called out on the 15h December 2016. Plumber's van knocked over our brick wall of 5 letterboxes. Plumbing work finished. Bill sent (pay within 7 days) Bill paid on 29th December 2016. It is now 5 months on and we're still waiting for a new brick wall and letterboxes. Over 20 phone calls and numerous emails to follow them up. Ongoing excuses as to why the job can't be completed. Worst customer service I have ever encountered! Stop advertising for more work when you can't finish the jobs you already have! Have reported to ACCC.

UPDATE: Finally! After leaving many bad reviews 5 months and 11 days since the "letterbox incident" we have a new wall. The Contracted Brick Layer (Michael Manning) did a fantastic, professional job and it only took him 2 Days!! So why did we have to wait over 5 months for this outcome? Who knows... all I know is there are 11 residents in this block who have been extremely inconvenienced for a very long time. It's a shame that you have to go to such great lengths to eventually get the job done. Thank you Michael Manning (independent bricklayer) for restoring my faith in good customer service. HOWRAH PLUMBING? Don't ever expect any work from this complex or friends OR friends of friends, family...neighbours.... (the list goes on) AGAIN. Final note...don't ever be bullied into paying a 7 day bill which is subject to late fees! Nightmare over! Good riddance! Still reported to ACCC and I'm sure the other residents will be doing the same.
