The fraud hotline customer service is the worst service ever.
My account has been blocked but I have not been notified. It happened 13 days back. I made couple of calls to fraud team by waiting around hour and half on the phone and they simply said " could be take another week to solve this issue" but the another staff said 3 business days and another one said 48 hours in earlier days phone calls ( 5 days back). when I called to st george fraud customer service yesterday evening around 3pm, I was waiting in a queue nearly 1 hour and 40 min then the call disconnected. I called them again, after waiting nearly an hour a gentleman answered and he put me 2 min hold and call disconnected again.

When I was talking to the lady this morning she also said the same. I asked her connect to your the supervisor, then only she act and called the other bank while I am on the phone and try to help me. She is not ready to help me until I asked her to connect the call to your Supervisor.

The reason why they blocked my account is, I have transferred $900 to my another bank ( 2 times).
