Web site easy to use, with them calling me for credit card details. The issue is the product delivery. I am heading overseas so I needed to ensure it arrived quickly. After a few calls to check when it would be sent, my goods were dispatched ( although no email to confirm this, even though they explicitly told me there would be when asked). Order to dispatch only a few day.

For delivery they use Startrack Express through a different company - Dicker Data. Only thing is, Dicker Data have an arrangement with Startrack that only they can alter, amend or propose new delivery times etc, not the receiver. So having missed my delivery (not knowing it was going to happen) - Startrack can't arrange a new time directly with me due to their contractual arrangements with Dicker Data. Penta have dispatched my goods and no one yet seems to understand my issue, and therefore seem disinclined to try and fix. Several times i had to ask the penta person on the phone to listen, and not talk over me. When they finally seemed to understand the issue, the sales assistant did suggest I should have told them if I wanted a specific delivery date - well and good if I knew it was going to be an issue. Not helpful after the fact.

Still waiting for Penta to suggest a solution - I waited on hold for over 45 minutes - before giving up for the day. I have emailed Dicker Data directly hoping they can fix this for me. Hopefully Penta will work these glitches in their delivery system. Otherwise their delivery business will be annoying for non-business customers.
