I went Ian diffan Rockingham store for two new rear tyres on my falcon to replace the 235/45/17s. The manager told me that the pirelli's i had were no longer in stock and recomended a sumitomo 240/40/17s that not only looked terrible on the car but messed with the traction control. They told me it was my car or waxy layer on tyres so i rang sumitomo who recognised the problem and contacted ian diffan to replace with 245/45/17s that cured the traction control problem but handled terribly. Your front tyres need to be close to the rear tyres diameter i later found out though the manager disputed and i found out that the pirelli's where in stock but weren't on there preferred dealer list so they pushed me to an inferior product to get sales for bonuses up
