Very helpful. I thought I could always figure out how to fix most things with the help of Google. I had a problem with a secondhand laptop that I tried so darn hard to figure out. I gave up and called Techbug. I had some business to attend to, not far from them, so I dropped it off. A little while later I get a message that it was fixed and ready to pick up. I kind of wish it was a little harder to fix than that, but that's what they do. I can rebuild a motor in a car, these guys know computers. I was expecting a bigger fee than I was charged.
