I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Drainpro. Owning a very old house surrounded by established trees, resolving sewerage and stormwater pipe issues has been inevitable.

I have now used their services on several occasions to both clear and repair pipes. The most recent being just prior to this review to resolve four issues with our stormwater. This required replacing sections of terracotta pipes with PVC and replacing sections of PVC that had been crushed by tree roots.

On a previous occasion they replaced a collapsed PVC/terracotta junction in our main sewerage line that another specialist drainage company had not bought to my attention during their inspection and clearing work. Unlike the other company, and even though Drainpro perform pipe relining, they advised against that course of action due to potential risks and explained an alternative positive cost/benefit scenario involving repairing the junction.

Something that sets Drainpro apart from many other trades I have engaged is how cleanly they conduct their work. Despite extensive digging, all worksite reinstatement has been beyond my expectation, including brick paved areas during the latest works.

Drainpro are reliable and everyone who has worked at our house has been friendly and consultative. I’m someone who understands that sometimes surprises are discovered that could not possibly have been anticipated in a quote and that cost variation can be necessary. So far, all Drainpro’s work for us has not required a single variation and I consider their costs reasonable and certainly justified when the quality and care factor are evident.
