The team at CVH are the most caring and welcoming. They take care of you as a family with your pet. We had to say a very hard goodbye to our beloved boy and they were so compassionate and allowed us to take our time. We got a card and forget me not seedlings a week or so later.
Our new boy loves going there because he feels so safe, even when he is not well. Congratulations to such an amazing and caring team.
While the tower is great for a few people, I wish that they would cater to people that just want a simple big breakfast I feel that you are forced to order the tower, because they charge $4 extra for mushrooms, avocado, bacon, etc which is a bit rich. The top layer of the tower is quite sickening, who wants a cornetto for breakfast?
The breakfast then works out expensive for two people with the $64 for the tower and then adding coffees. Its very busy on the weekends, would have thought that the novelty would have worn off
Approximate cost: $64
Went there on a Sunday afternoon, first and last time. Never before have I felt so unwelcome and unrespected as a customer. Very hostile and non inclusive environment. Asked for a mani and pedi as a treat to myself. Staff spoke to themselves in their own language the whole time that i was getting a pedicure. I had to tell them to do my heels and there were going to use the same toe separators as the other clients. My usual place has one use ones. Bacteria around the toes is very concerning, so I refused them.
I was asked if I wanted my nails filed, that would be a yes, she did not even attempt to make my uneven nails all the same length. By this stage I was fed up and couldn't wait to get out of there. One Asian lady even got her phone charged and a smile, so i would say that they are racist towards westerners. The male manager only communicates via a grunt and threw my expensive handbag onto the shelf behind my chair without asking my permission to touch my bag or ask me if I could move it.
Manicure didn't even last a few days.
Definitely won't be returning
