Hi Jacqui I want to thank you so much for your handling of my dear Mum's funeral recently. While it was a very sad time for us, you handled everything with compassion and a touch of humor that would have brought a smile to my Mum's face if she were there. Your advise and comforting words to my family were greatly appreciated. So a big thanks form us all, Bob the owner of the Kingston funerals told me the you were the best he had ever seen well done
