everything was first rate. You deal with a very honest company whose work is excellent. Lisa in admin has the paper work and emails done in a heartbeat.
Every question I had was answered, every call or text returned very quickly. Steve’s advice on colour and surface type were spot on. The reno crew were friendly and fast. Every date set was met on time – although Melbourne’s weather dictated a small delay which was quickly communicated to me, so I would not be inconvenienced. I am over the moon with the result – simply stunning. The price was quite considerably less than others, with no compromise on quality. Steve also arranged salt chlorination installation which was also done at an excellent price and on time. My only regret was not having it done years ago.

From booking to final pick up the service was superb. Received all forms by email & returned by email so arrival & book in was quick. The accommodation was spacious with everything a cat could want. The pictures of movie stars on the suites was a lovely touch - we got Paul Newman - superb hunk he is. Wilson was totally relaxed when we picked him up and had obviously enjoyed himself - especially the complimentary massage. The free text on his 'progress' was great. CC know what customers want and definitely deliver. It is great to find a service provider who ACTUALLY provides what they advertise. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend anyone to use their services. The holiday pic provided on pick up was a nice touch, showing how much the staff care about their clients.
