Mick came out and inspected our house well before the install date to make sure we were happy with everything he was going to do.
On the install day the guys arrived promptly and had our 2 Panasonic reverse cycle units installed by 1:00pm.
Overall a very professional, efficient team who know their stuff and were very customer focused, very polite and cleaned up after the job.
I would highly recommend Mick and his team...
