I bought a voucher online. I have previously been to a Heaven Salon in Brisbane with mixed results but thought I would give it a go anyway. A cut and colour for $70 was worth the risk.
Nathan was my hairdresser, and what a breath of fresh air he was. He really listened to me. As I explained I was just starting menopause and feeling a bit down (also my hair changing texture), so I needed something that made me feel good, and was easy to maintain. However as I just starting a business it needed to be professional as well. He listened and I got what I wanted.
I am sure if I went back after my business was secure and wanted something a bit more daring he would have no problem ramping it up for this semi-oldie. Nathan does not chit chat about benign subjects (thank goodness); but will have real conversations, and when he is really concentrating there are comfortable silences.
He did up sell me but it was for services I wanted, and I did not feel pressurd.
I will be going back to Nathan again

I would love to make a recommendation for this company but especially RON FENNER.

Ron was on time but we were not. (They were a person down that day so he was flat out trying to fulfil all of the jobs.) He did offer to come back later, but we asked him to stay and he was kind enough to do so. I know we put him behind but he did not complain and did a great job.

The carpet looked fantastic; better than we when we moved in.

What impressed me the most was Ron's attitude and professionalism

I was in the doldrums. My hair was awful but I was too scared to go to an upmarket salon because of the way they treat people over a certain age.
I was considering buying one of those vouchers but after some investigation of the salon in question I found myself at the WOMO website. The negative comments of the salon with the offer and the positive of Hair Diorsa made me decide I want quality over price
Hair Diorsa provides a beautiful and uplifting experience. The decor is a bit of luxury but not over the top. From the moment you arrive you are important.
If you want someone to truly listen, this is where you should go. This is not a salon where you will passed off to some junior hairdresser.
I walked out of there feeling, not just good about my hair, but fabulous about myself.
