My experience was just over the phone, appt made and consultant calls me 2 hours before, i'm in the area can we come see you now ?.. i'm like no because i cant drop things at work and leave. So he starts off saying based on size of decking it's $50k, double what full wood decking would be.. i dont recommend you do it.. just go with wood [elsewhere] He starts to descriminate based on where one would live.. like if you live in Brighton or Burwood you could probably afford to do it. What right does he have to assume we couldnt afford to do it.. along with a verandah. It just sounded like if we couldnt accommodate him right then he doesnt want the business. I'm happy to give our business elsewhere and guess what.. we have multiple properties.. including one in Burwood and no i wont consider this business in the future and i'm surprised they are still in business with that sort of attitude !
