BEWARE! Like other reviewers we initially had a positive experience with DNA Bathrooms but not long after the completion we experienced and discovered some major issues with their renovation of our laundry and new wash room. We discovered a few years later that the toilet was connected to our grey water instead of sewerage and our back lawn eventually over flowed with feces leaving us with a health hazard. The laundry cupboards fell off the wall a few years later nearly killing my wife (DNA Bathrooms & Kitchen's initial response was to ask if we put something heavy in the cupboard). The sliding door to the toilet continually jams because of sloppy workmanship and not leaving enough of a gap in the cavity. The toilet macerator continually gives us trouble and have since discovered installing it in the wall cavity goes against the manufacturer's installation instructions. MDF instead of hard wood used for trims in a wet area?? DNA Bathrooms & Kitchens continually takes no responsibility for any mistakes and shifts blame on to the customer and is both aggressive and rude. Even stating that the door has a 3 month maintenance warranty so not his problem (even though he didn't install it with enough clearance to begin with as stated in my building inspection report). Good luck if you decide to use DNA Bathrooms but my advice would be to go with someone else and avoid any future issues.
