We had an appointment at 2pm so we arrived at 1.55 and signed in using the QR code. Part of the sign in process was inputting who you were there to see. The person at the door asked us who we were there to see as well. After 40 mins Kate was done with her customer and then took a different customer. I went to see the concierge and asked why we hadn’t been served. He was confused as he didn’t put our name on his sheet. The assistant manager then came over and apologised and said he would get a car in 5 mins for us to test drive. At no point did Kate come and talk to us. After another half hour of waiting we walked out. I’m so disappointed in Ringwood Mazda as I expected better from a company that supposedly values its customers
