a fair experience at this club on a saturday afternoon.............a bit noisy but a typical small club with an obvious set of regulars and a few blow ins.
the beer was cold and a good selection to pick from, but i doubt it will be a regular drop in point on my frequent visits down south
first visit here and what a surprise.
love a good kebab and this outlet serves up a treat.
wrapped tightly [ no leaking sauce], and a good salad mix, with the meat in the middle cooked a treat.
down the coast?..pop in and see for yourself

with a rapid decline in the quality of the aussie pie all across the country, with the majority served up absolute rubbish, it's great to see loftus's greatest claim to fame proudly carrying the flag, and hoisting it hig. i'm lucky, only having to hop over to the next suburb to experience a great food experience, the good old aussie pie and these are up to the best , the flaky crust encompassing a pie full of steaming meat that will satisfy any 'pie eater'. well worth a trip.
Approximate cost: $4
a great dinner option with a choice of tasty meals at $6.50 including a drink.
plenty to choose from and all great value and for anyone wanting a quick, reasonably priced dinner on the go, definitely a place to think about

a long time local, the cronulla pie shop is a local fixture, but i was dissapointed in the pies i brought, admittedly late in the day.
they were noy up to the usual standard and i think they had been in the warmer too long.
i have never had a bad pie from here, so perhaps this was a once off and i will go back. great friendly staff though
Approximate cost: $5

enjoying a short stay in a great apartment block that i would thoroughly recommend.
opposite the kirra beach hotel and kirra surf club, with ocean views these apartments have everything you need for a great holiday, clean rooms, foxtel, dvd, kitchenette and a swimming pool set amongst nice gardens.
with plenty of nearby restaurants, and only a few hundred yards from coolongatta's entertainment area, this would be one of the better places i have stayed over years of travelling
Approximate cost: $100 night
a compact little nursery with a good range of plants to choose from, but what sets the business off is the tearoom/cafe, which provides a pleasent oasis for a nice lunch at a reasonable price.
open at night, but looking at the menu it might be getting a little to the dear side, but i'm sure if the quality of the lunches they serve carry over to dinner, it would probable be a nice venue for a supper under the stars out in the courtyard
Approximate cost: $35
i visited this business after reading the blog on the womow website and couldn't have been more pleased.
the products we brought were of top quality, the service pleasent and the whole business cries out ' come back again', which we definitely will'
the little ' gift' we received after tallying up the bill was also well appreciated
thoroughly recommend

A GREAT 2 HOUR CRUISE WITH A COLD DRINK AND A SNACK THROUGH THE CREEKS ADJACENT TO PORT DOUGLAS, WITH SIGHTINGS OF CROCADILES AND OTHER TROPICAL BIRDS AND ANIMALS.
GO IN THE COOLER MONTHS FOR THE BEST SIGHTINGS, WE WENT IN AUGUST AND WERE TRULY AMAZED AT THE NUMBER OF CROCS SIGHTED.
THIS IS A MUST WHEN STAYING IN PORT DOUGLAS
Approximate cost: $30
