This is the most customer friendly bank/credit union I have ever had the joy to use. The coin counting machine is fantastic & saves me time counting up the money I save. Free coffee that tastes superb,plus free newspapers to read, & bottled water is also available so I visit here regularly. Staff are so welcoming & have actually made my coffee for me, so the customer service is just the very best I have had anywhere in the world. Financially I am more than happy they are fairer than banks but its their customer service that sets them apart.

Never had such superb DVD advice & service as I experienced today at Network Video at Sunnybrook. Peggy who assisted me gave me her full attention as I tried to describe the type of DVD's I prefer. She cottoned on to my needs straight away, gave me "spot on" professional, up to the minute advice.Then contacted me immediately one of the DVD's that I was on a "wait list" for arrived back in. I rarely go to a DVD store but I shall certainly be returning here.Thanks heaps!

I am a total addict of Entertainment books all of my family buy me one as a birthday gift. I currently own four books. I love to send friends & family to an entertainment they will enjoy I give them the vouchers & a small financial gift & enjoy the fun they experience for their outing. So many of friends & family are now addicts likewise. They appreciate the 2 for 1 or 25% off total bill that makes time out for a family an actual possibility. Within the first two months of owning a book the recompense I get myself is an outstanding saving. I buy relies who are interstate their own book so they can experiment with the variety of offers.

My friend I have eaten here once a month for 4 years. Six months ago they removed their salad & vegetable bar plus they put their prices up. The manager eventually replied after I twice wrote him a complaint. He advised he is never going to replace the salad/ vegie bar. I have food allergies that are not catered for my their one size fits all cupped salad. Sorry to some of the lovely staff at Old Spot but you have lost us as customers. Even with the 2 for 1 vouchers the manager sent me the value is pathetic,
plus its lost its atmosphere, dining room is empty place is dull.

Have been having a monthly luncheon with friends elsewhere until the food & service went downhill. We were delighted to find the food, staff, service here are all top quality with medium range prices.My meal was perfectly done to my request, so many places don't get it 100% right. Also Midway accept the Entertainment voucher. By popular vote we are changing our monthly luncheon to Midway as the salad & hot vegetable bar catered to everyone's needs plus we appreciate the cost & service here.

Green Ginger provides consistently good Thai/Asian meals with heaps of variety. Staff are always welcoming, prices are good, Entertainment vouchers give great discount. When I have unexpected visitors that need feeding we all go to Green Ginger which means I can enjoy my catchup without cooking. True its a bit noisy so I don't take the Snr Seniors as they don't cope with the noise. I like the atmosphere so its fine.

While Health Partners Dental is owned and operated by Health Partners private health fund it has the personal touch when you utilise their up to date new facilities at Modbury. Free Parking is adjacent. I have had the same wonderful dentist there as I had at the Gawler Place facility. All general & major dental services are available to me & the cost is minimal. Reception staff are very capable, helpful & compassionate.

St Agnes Chiropractic have been keeping my body in good working condition for about 12 years after being in considerable pain. Phillip has a very professional and caring attitude to treatment. True the rooms aren't flash (see previous WOMO review) but the service is top rate & the prices are very reasonable. It is known locally as a very supportive, family centered, chiro. Receptionist service is top notch, Julie gets our families "Star Award".

Knowing only approximately what I wanted Mark worked with my expectations and together we determined the best Crash cam and Reversing Mirror for my car & my wallet. They had an immediate appointment available & two fitters worked on installing the equipment. Their waiting lounge is v.sparse to spend two hours in but they kindly brought me a bottle of water to drink. At pickup time Mark could see a potential problem which occurred once I drove off so I immediately took it back, we purchased additional fitting adhesive & while it took some time for Mark to readjust the fitting he charged no extra. Superb service all round.

When this pharmacy moved from GG Shopping Centre years ago I followed them to the Sunnybrook Shopping Centre as did the bulk of their customers. This was due to the very personalised service that Tony, Renee & the whole staff provide.They go out of their way to provide an "old fashioned chemist" experience. They get to know their customers by name & by their needs & provide excellent advice on the spot. Their opening hours (Mon to Fri 9am to 8pm Sat 9-5pm Sun 10-5pm) & convenient parking outside make them very accessible. Health Partners 20% discount saves me money. Now Chemplus Rewards ($1 for every $20 spent) give me even more reasons to value this business. Thankyou for 20 years of faithful service!
