About the South.Point Tuggeranong store and thus is a review totally NOT recommending at all. Very disappointed with the patronising way I was served thus afternoon. I had ordered a lime tart through their online order site with email registering as sent (with dark writing on dark background on the website - hard to see if sent or not)! But the email was sent - TO WHERE? Because there was no response/reply. On arrival at the Greenway Dobinson store there’s no order and women there made inane comments making up a replacement tray charging more no store manners - as in charging the same for the order on the email that was not responded to - a disastrous website ! So disappointed how I was served this afternoon with limited understanding by staff member and the fact that there was no acknowledgement or recognition that their website needs reviewing. Lost a customer particularly because there was not a sorry from her the entire interaction time & she did not say “ sorry I’ll make up the tart fur the same price” no but at all so trivially charged an extra $3:24 or so - stupidly I paid that & left feeling patronised by the franchisee / bad service/ bad customer relations / bad website / I wonder whether the tart will taste as bitter as this interaction was today. Not a future customer.
