None of the above is true and and as such, *removed* who posted this review is lying and will be receiving a cease and desist order form our solicitor if she continues to and no more , as will womo.com.au if they continue to allow this review to stand. As a business owner, you expect factual reviews about your business, womo has let us down in a massive way allowing this to remain.

Ok, let's look at the facts:
The job was a quoted fixed price based information the reviewer provided to us via phone and email. If we present to do a job and the information (access to the goods to be moved and the list of goods themselves) is different then the amount of work to be done changes and price adjustments are made accordingly.

As to the claims of the reviewer:
1. Turned up late: we booked an afternoon slot and advised that we'd be there AFTER 2pm, a fact that the reviewer has not disputed. We arrived at 4:02pm. That is not late and fits in with the what we said we'd do.
2. The amount of time taken was in excess of what we anticipated because the beds, large shelving units and chests of drawers were removed from upstairs and apart from the shelving, were delivered upstairs. We quoted for good access to the goods, or flat and level. There is no disputing it was different. The reviewer even mentions '5 items' which was in fact 10.
3. You were charged a little less than one hour more than what was quoted mainly because of the access difference (see point 2 above) and partly because a desk was added to the inventory. This additional amount was fair and reasonably reflects the extra work that was done to complete the move. I note that's no claim that the extra charge was unfair.
4. Damage to home: the reviwer alleged 3 items of damage; we ascertained that yes, we did some damage to a plaster surface inside the home and agreed to fix it, which we are in the process of attending to in reasonable time. The other 2 items (a door and a hand rail) were not done by us. Our staff are prepared to sign statutory declarations to attest to this.
5. Rude owner: I have never been rude to the reviewer, all correspondence has been business like and polite. Transcripts of emails available on request.
