As everyone knows moving house is a very stressful event and I am so glad I went with HomeMove. I only went with them due to the great feedback they have received online and they definitely did not disappoint.

From the first phone call with Daniel to arrange a date for the move and to the actual move, it was so smooth and professional. The guys (Brett and Irish) who turned up on time and was so helpful, experienced and very hardworking. I can't believe how hard these two worked on the day. Nothing was marked or broken and they were so accommodating with some of my request. They are fantastic ambassadors for the Home Move company.

All costs were clearly explained by Daniel and their website is great. If you fill in as much detail as to the contents of your house the easier it is for them to estimate the amount of time required as well as the size of the truck that is need. So I had no surprises.

I cannot recommend them enough and if you are looking at this review, don't hesitate to use them for your peace of mind.

We have just recently used Melbourne Floor Direct to sand and polish our Tasmanian Oak Floor Boards. We found them when we had attended the Herald Sun Home Show earlier in the year. We had seen many other flooring companies there but when we told them that we are not looking at renovating till October they sort of lost interest and moved on to the next lot of people at the stand. Not Melbourne Floor Direct, they were helpful, understanding and not pushy. They gave us their business card and told us to contact them when we are ready.

So, we looked them up when we were ready and we were not disappointed. Their quality, service was great and it was real value for money.

Wilson was most helpful and gave us realistic expectations of what our flooring will look like after sanding and polishing as our floor boards were not as hard-wearing as the other hard wood types. One place of concern was a particular spot that was worn down in a patch and we were not promised that it would come out as good as the other sections. However, after the work was finished we were amazed that it was not far off the quality as the other undamaged sections. Well done to the guys who did the work.

We had been recommended by a friend to check out Complete Carpets Co. in Blackburn for our flooring needs and we were not disappointed.

The service Harry had given was excellent, he was very knowledgeable, corteous, respectful, helpful and patient with the numerous questions that we had.

Appointments were prompt and and timings for installation were well communicated. All in all a real pleasure to deal with and great value for money.

We have had heaps of compliments on the carpets that has been laid. I just had to write a review to let more people know what a pleasure it is to deal with this company as we were fortunate enough to have been recommended by a friend.

I had to get 2 of my jeans shorten and had asked my husband to drop it off for me as he was in the area.  What I forgotten to tell him was that I had left a $50 note with the jeans in the bag to pay for the alterations but when he picked up the jeans, he paid for the alterations himself.  
I only knew this had happened when I took the jeans out to examine the alterations and discovered that the $50 note was still in the bag.  It is very rare these days to have honest and trustworthy people in the world and would like to recommend this business on not only on their super service but their honesty and integrity as well.  Keep up the good work and I would recommend this business to anyone.  Thank you.
