Terrible customer service. Lied about when they had received parts, when they could get the job finished. Not once did we receive a phone call for the quote or any details, we had to continually chase them up. Each time we called, we could get brushed off and told that they would call us later (but never did).

Wasn't until we called RACQ to complain and then an RACQ assessor was sent out to figure out what was actually going on, that we were told (by the RACQ assessor) when we would get the car back.

Save yourself the hassle and find someone who can get the job done and keep you properly informed about when it will be finished.
