This was by far the worst online shopping experience to date. I had ordered a camera bundle which includes the camera and lense + tripod + memory card + sreenprotector + camera cases + original battery. After delay in shipping I contacted them and was provided the shipping details. When the package arrived only the camera and lense was included.
Its been 4-5 weeks since placing the order and I still do not have all the goods as per the order - shocking !!!!
PS: they claim to be an Australian but they have not had the courtesy to call me after I repeatedly asked to have a discussion with them. Everything is done electronically with at least a days delay between responses.
