The Delrico products can be summed up in one word "Wonderful". They are a pleasure to use and does everything a retractable hose should do, comes out easily and then retracts right back in smoothly and winds back correctly, unlike the cheaper hose reels that I have had in the past that drove me mad and didn't work properly. I now have 2 of their reels (a small and a large one) and will probably be purchasing another soon. Highly recommend them and well worth the little extra for a good quality product.
