The centre is well-set and cosy. Kid's activities are varied and fun. My daughter did not have big issues with Nursery educators, in fact we appreciate their effort.

However as the parents we had various issues with the management, especially from the director and her performance.

We had to terminate the service after 6 weeks, as we found poor supporting, VERY unprofessional and bossy manner, tense and unwelcoming environment.

Key information wasnt delivered timely and adequately, as a result you got difficult situations to deal with.

Be aware that, some of uncleared policies protect their decision no matter what. They can refuse your medical certificate multiple time even if your child dont actually have any medical condition. It was just not the style of paper they want, but not willing to show you an example.
