The only work this guy performed was big noting himself. He was unprofessional, discussing ex clients private lives, not answering calls, slow to provide a quote and changing the price, threatening to cancel orders I had placed when I told him that I wasn't going to use his service and that he was unreliable because I got sick of calling and leaving messages for 5 months trying to find out when he could start the reno. Save yourself the annoyance of dealing with him and choose someone else, who incidently would be cheaper as Albert was very overpriced.

beautiful clothes and accessories, great fabrics and styles with great size range. Staff are friendly and helpful and their specials are frequent and great.

well set out, staff are always courteous and helpful, prices are reasonable and specials are fantastic. Always stock quality items but not a snooty attitude. Even love the fact that they used to have an elevator man.

great clean centre for all young kids, including babies - wide and open with jumping castles and no large metal frames that kids can get wedged in or parents have to climb through - lots of little cubbies and push cars. lots of seating for parents and good coffee.

service has gone downhill, you need to wave madly before a staff member will serve you, and even then they will sometimes walk right past you. The wait is pretty long too and the menu isn't as great as it used to be. Bring back the old favourites and the dessert tasting platter. Hate the fact that the bar is open to the bar for the pub so the cigarette smoke comes into the restuarant.

trainers are friendly and unpretentious, always happy and chatty, helpful and informative. Great female gym atmosphere, makes it a great place to work out without feeling subconsious - hours of operation are fantastic too - especially for commuters. Equipment a bit worn and needs replacing though.

Service is the best by far, they will spend all day with you while you try on glasses and discuss colours and order in frames for you to check without any charge, also have a very big range

great prices, generally one of the cheapest and even cheaper on wednesdays with the shopper docket - staff always friendly and chatty and convenient stop on the way to work
