One of the worst set-up box... from the time I buy it I am struggling to watch it. Everytime I need to call support and they spend 2 to 3 hours later asked me to off internet completely off.. and situation used to be same. No refund policy.. no call back system.. never ever buy it again or suggest it to buy. Please don't ever buy it.. I took it recently and I am asking my refund but no one is ready to do that.. this company should be banned in Australia to charge 380$ for nothing.
